Our story
Where space meets place
The Campus idea and the development of a scale-up cluster came from the challenges faced in trying to find a home for high-growth technology company Delio in Cardiff City Centre.
The city is supported by a fantastic and ever-developing ecosystem of shared office and co-working space for early-stage businesses, but beyond this, companies needing their name above the door and the freedom of their own location are faced with an unfavourable deal and no right answer for where to base themselves.
Quietly and selectively, we are striving to present a solution one building at a time. We are advocates and ambassadors for Cardiff, our country and our heritage. We see those as our pillars of strength but aren’t here to be a tourist board. Simply put, we set out building Campus to support our ecosystem and create an enviable location for technology companies in the heart of Cardiff – a place which we would want to be a part of.
